Prepare Your Parcel
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Harry Potter Shop labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by Gringotts—or our finance team.
