How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We also offer an Express Shipping option which delivers within 1 to 2 business days if ordered before 2pm GMT.
Can I return personalized items like embroidered house robes?
Unfortunately, items that have been personalized, such as embroidered robes or custom trunks, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.
What is your return policy for standard apparel?
You may return unworn and unwashed items with original tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please use our online portal to generate a return shipping label.
